State Administration for Market Regulation of China officially launched “Green labeling management for products” which will be implemented on June 1^st this year.

The Management clarifies that the green labeling will be released by the Administration, an information platform will be established and the application of green labeling will be supervised and managed.

As the Management, there are three ways to get the certification: 1) the listed green products which in accordance with the related standards. 2) the Management will launch a unified certification scheme, covering resource, energy, environment and quality. 3) cooperated with other authorities, a self-declaration will be promoted.

According the Management, the certified products and its appended files should mark the logo(s) of authorities.  All the logos should be marked if the products obtained 2 or more green labeling.

The punishment and related information will be public if it is illegal during the assessment and self-declaration.
