With the rapid development of multi split air conditioning (heat pump) market, the irregular labeling of nameplate often confuses the end users.  China Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Industry Association (CRAA) published the related code to solve the problem and lead the health and sustainable development of multi split air conditioning (heat pump) market.

The manufacturers must specified the corresponding characteristic of multi split in their factory documents, including IPLV(C), APF, SEER, EER corresponding to type, number of outdoor unit and type, number and static pressure of indoor unit.  The factory document must identified that “the features of indoor and outdoor units of multi split air conditioning (heat pump) will change in case of the different deployments.”

The code will be officially issued on December 1^st of 2019.

There are 27 manufacturers signed industry self discipline, so as to establish an industry self discipline scheme and a fair competition environment and push the heath and stable development.
