In the first quarter of 2019, the domestic shipment of air-source heat pump increased slightly. With a stable situation of whole industry, different products showed different performance.

As statistics, the sales values of air-source heat pump increased by 0.6% to 1.6 billion RMB.  Among them, domestic water heater decreased by 0.8% to 0.99 billion RMB and commercial water heater increased by 0.2% to 0.44 billion RMB.

Impacted by real estate industry, the sales channel scale of domestic water heaters slashed, especially the brands allocated in metropolis.  With the continual increase of price, the house tends to compact, which make the small and multi split water heaters more popular.

Although domestic water heater was in downturn, but commercial water heater was popular with its stable and environmental performance. In the future, it will be adopted by many large-scale water heating projects.  Southern market is saturated, Northern market is expanding.

In general, air-source heat pump in 2019 is still in upward.  In the second half year of 2019, the industry will be uptick and have a breakthrough in sales channel.  Meanwhile, the heat pump manufacturers will show their own style in operation and management.
