DBJ50/T-301-2018 “Technical standard for application of air-source heat pump in Chongqing” is approved and effective on Jan.1 of 2019.

The Standard considers the local characteristics of Chongqing and adopts the practical experience and lessons of air-source heat pump application, including the contents of general provisions, terms and symbols, system design, equipment and material, construction and installation, debugging and acceptance, benefit assessment, operation and maintenance, appendix.

The Standard is applicable to new and retrofitting projects with hot water systems, heating and air conditioning systems as well we solar hot water system using air-source heat pump.

The standard implementation satisfies the requirements of national energy saving and environment protection policies, pushes the sustainable development, improves the renewable energy application and building energy efficiency level, expands multi renewable energy application to buildings and further improve the renewable energy application standard system.

“Improve green building development in Hebei” is implemented on Jan.1 of 2019.  It improves the green building standard system and green building requirements of Hebei Province.

As the statistics, the accumulative areas of green buildings in Hebei Province reached 67.81 MSQMs in 2010-2017, accounting for 16.1% of total new buildings.  In January to October of 2018, the finished areas of green buildings were 22 MSQMs, accounting for over 50% of the total new buildings.

It also identifies many incentives.  For the policy, it integrates green building into strategic emerging development plan and deploys the funds on R&D, pilot projects and prefabricated buildings.  For the technology, it supports green materials production and application, strengthen the technology upgrading.  For the tax, the research fees can be pre-tax deduction.
