As the data of IOL showed that in February of 2018, the sale value of multi splits decreased 6.3% to 1.87 billion yuan, compared with the same period of last year.  Among them, the domestic sales value decreased 9.3% to 1.65 billion yuan and the export value increased 24.1% to 220 million yuan.  Looking at the products, the sales value of inverter multi splits decreased 9.25% to 1.634 billion yuan and digital multi splits and fix speed multi splits decreased 29.2% and 24.3% to 3 million and 5 million yuan, respectively.

The obvious fading of domestic market led to the decline of multi splits in February of 2018, because all factories were closed during Spring Festival, with 7-15 days leaves.

From then on, many manufacturers launched new multi splits products, including DC inverter multi split unit from EK and wireless multi split from Haier.  Since March, the sales value of multi splits expected to uptick quickly, driving by positive factors of promotion activities such as exhibitions and construction starts-up.
