Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of China released “New technologies for buildings (2017)”, including 107 technologies covering 10 sectors.  Guided by China’s national development strategies, combined with innovative management and domestic and international technology development, the document is a first programmatic policy for building industry.  The revision updates not only traditional technologies but also those in the key industries of the “Thirteen Five-year Plan”, covering green buildings, industrialization, informatization and disaster prevention.

The document is revised every 5 years, aiming to applying the latest and efficient technologies to practice, so as to improve the integrated level of building industry in China.
