National Development and Reform Committee of China (NDRC) will increase the guiding effort of government investment and release the investment plan of central budget to enhance the support on energy efficiency and emission reduction.

NDRC will accelerate to improve the charging policies of waste water and solid garbage treatment and support to finance the investment by the ways of corporate bonds and project benefits bonds.

NDRC will guide to further expand the available investment, push the eco environment protection and establishment, and strengthen the environment pollution controlling of water, air and soil.  Until now, the total investment of 14.5 billion yuan is used to air pollution management projects, including 8.5 billion yuan for technology retrofitting of clean production, 5.2 billion yuan for high efficient boilers and 1.68 billion yuan for comprehensive utilization of straws.
