夏热冬冷地区某大型动物实验室空调冷热源系统设计

摘要:

在分析某夏热冬冷地区大型动物实验室冬夏季典型工况下的热、湿负荷特性的基础上,提出采用磁悬浮冷水机组大温差供冷,四管制热泵、热管热回收机组热回收相结合的方式实现实验动物用房空调新风的多冷源热湿处理与温湿度精准控制。对某夏热冬冷地区大型实验动物用房空调系统的运行能耗及费用进行了统计,并提出了运营阶段的节能减碳优化措施。

Abstract:

On the basis of analysing the heat and humidity load characteristics of a large animal laboratory in hot summer and cold winter zone under typical winter and summer operation conditions, this paper proposes a method of combining the magnetic suspension water chiller for large temperature difference cooling with the heat recovery measures such as four-pipe heat pump and heat pipe heat recovery unit to realize the multi cold sources heat and humidity treatment and precise temperature and humidity control of outdoor air conditioning in animal laboratories. The operation energy consumption and cost of the air conditioning system for large animal laboratories in hot summer and cold winter zone are counted, and optimization measures for energy conservation and carbon reduction during the operation phase are proposed.
