Abstract：
This paper briefly analyses the regional and climatic characteristics of Shandong region, presents the relevant policies and design standards related to HVAC design, and summarizes the common problems in heating and air conditioning system design, which can be used as a reference for the personnel engaged in HVAC design in Shandong region.
