数据中心典型冷却设备能效等级提升的节能性与经济性分析
Energy saving and economic analysis of energy efficiency grade improvement of typical cooling equipment in data centers

本文以3种数据中心典型冷却设备(自然冷却风冷冷水机组、开式冷却塔、三相异步电动机)为例,分别介绍了对应的国家能效等级标准及相关节能政策,分析了自然冷却风冷冷水机组的产品特点及其在数据中心冷却架构中的特殊性,并结合实际应用场景对不同能效等级的冷却设备进行了全寿命周期的节能性与经济性分析,最终给出了设备选型及能效等级考核的相关建议。
Abstract:
This paper presents three typical cooling equipment (free cooling air-cooled chiller,open cooling tower and three-phase asynchronous motor) for data centers and the corresponding national energy efficiency standards and relevant energy-saving policies. The product characteristics of free cooling air-cooled chillers and their peculiarity in the data center cooling system are analysed. The energy saving and economic analyses of cooling equipment with different energy efficiency grades throughout their life cycle are conducted based on practical application scenarios. Finally, relevant recommendations for equipment selection and energy efficiency assessment are provided.
