新型扩口式布水器大流量小温差释能过程的CFD模拟研究
CFD simulation study on energy discharge process of a new flared type water diffuser under large flow rate and small temperature difference conditions
摘要:
聚焦数据中心应急供冷,对采用新型扩口式布水器设计的蓄冷罐在大流量小温差工况下的释能过程进行了数值模拟研究,得到了释能过程的温度场和温度变化曲线,计算了斜温层量纲一厚度和释能效率。并将数值模拟结果与理想模型及实际项目监测数据进行了对比,验证了该新型扩口式布水器的工作性能。
Abstract:
This paper focuses on the emergency cooling of the data center, conducts a numerical simulation study on the energy discharge process of the cold storage tank designed with a new flared type water diffuser under the condition of large flow rate and small temperature difference, obtains the temperature field and temperature variation curve of the energy discharge process, and calculates the dimensionless thermocline thickness and the energy discharge efficiency. The numerical simulation results are compared with those of the ideal model and the actual project monitoring data to verify the working performance of the new flared type water diffuser.
