室内中高强度运动人体热舒适研究

Study on human thermal comfort for indoor medium and high intensity exercises

 以北京某高校室内运动场馆为研究地点,该高校校排球队队员为研究对象,通过客观环境参数测试及主观问卷调研的方法对处于运动状态和非运动状态的研究对象进行了热舒适研究。结果显示:运动状态人员和非运动状态人员的中性操作温度分别为20.7 ℃和23.5 ℃;运动状态人员的热敏感度为0.33 ℃-1,低于非运动状态的人员热敏感度(0.47 ℃-1)。提出“最佳运动表现温度”的概念,最佳运动表现温度为23.8 ℃,比运动状态中性操作温度20.7 ℃和运动表现偏好温度20.9 ℃高约3 ℃。综合运动和节能考虑,建议运动场馆的设计运行温度应按照最佳运动表现温度约23.8 ℃进行取值。

Abstract:

Taking the indoor sports stadium of a university in Beijing as the research site, and the universitys varsity volleyball players as the research subject, the thermal comfort of the research subject in the active state and the non-active state is studied by means of objective environmental parameter testing and subjective questionnaire research. The results show that the neutral operating temperature of the active sportsmen and the non-active sportsmen is 20.7 ℃ and 23.5 ℃, respectively. The thermal sensitivity of the active sportsmen is 0.33 ℃-1, which is lower than that of the non-active sportsmen (0.47 ℃-1). The concept of “optimal thermal temperature for athletic performance” is proposed, and it is 23.8 ℃, which is higher than the neutral operating temperature of 20.7 ℃ and the preferred temperature for athletic performance of 20.9 ℃ by about 3 ℃. Combining sports and energy saving considerations, the design operating temperature of the sports stadium should be taken according to the optimal thermal temperature for athletic performance of about 23.8 ℃.
