变流量空调水系统管网热力动态响应特性

摘要:

在结构复杂的变流量空调水系统管网中,工质流量、温度等参数的传递具有明显的滞后特性,其滞后时间尺度对管网的优化调控具有较高的参考价值。本文主要针对管网的热力动态响应特性进行建模及仿真,深入研究热力动态响应特性与管网本构参数的关系。通过实验对仿真模型进行了验证,结果表明,动态仿真模型具有较高的准确性,可用于变流量空调水系统管网热力动态响应特性的仿真,能够为后续的控制周期优化、解耦控制等工作提供理论支撑。

Abstract:

In the pipe network of the variable flow air conditioning water system with complicated topology, the transition of the medium flow and temperature has obvious time delay characteristics, which renders the pure delay time significantly referable for the optimizing control of the pipe network. In this paper, the thermal dynamic response characteristics of the pipe network are studied from the view of modeling analysis and simulation, and the relationship between the constitutive parameters and thermal dynamic response characteristics is deeply analysed. The simulation model is verified by experiments, and the results show that the model has high accuracy, and can be used for simulating the thermal dynamic response characteristics of the pipe network of variable flow air conditioning water systems, which can provide theoretical support for the subsequent studies on control period optimization and decoupling control.
