医院洁净手术部净化空调系统设计的几点思考
Discussion on air cleaning and air conditioning system design of hospital clean operating departments
摘要：
医院洁净手术部设计是一项复杂的系统工程，净化空调系统是其中关键的一环，国内部分已建洁净手术部因设计不当或管理不善，出现了室内湿度超标甚至结露、手术区风速均匀性差甚至洁净度不达标、有急速降温升温需求的手术室温湿度控制响应速度慢等问题。本文结合我国医院洁净手术部建设及标准现状，分析了空调冷热源、风系统设计、气流组织形式、温湿度独立控制、急速降温升温需求控制等几个重点问题，并给出了相关建议，为国内医院洁净手术部工程相关设计提供参考。
Abstract：
The design of hospital clean operating department is a complex system engineering, and the air cleaning and air conditioning system is a key link. Due to improper design or poor management, some domestic built clean operating departments have problems such as excessive indoor humidity and even condensation, poor wind speed uniformity and even poor cleanliness in the operating area, and poor response speed of temperature and humidity control in the operating room with rapid cooling and heating demand. Combined with the current situation of the construction and standards of hospital clean operating department in China, this paper analyses several key issues, such as air conditioning cold and heat sources, air system design, air distribution form, temperature and humidity independent control, and rapid cooling and heating demand control, and gives relevant suggestions to provide references for the relevant design of domestic hospital clean operating department projects.
