变频水冷直接制冷式空调机组自动调优控制策略研究

摘要:
地铁站内的通风空调系统需要消耗大量电能以维持舒适的内部环境,如何降低其能耗已经成为一个关键问题。本文提出了一种变频水冷直接制冷式空调机组的自动调优控制策略,通过优化变频压缩机和风机的频率,在满足不同负荷需求和送风温度范围的前提下,最大化机组的能效比,使得机组在最低功耗下运行。模拟结果表明,与固定送风温度的控制策略相比,采用该自动调优控制策略后机组能效比最大可提升6.9%。
Abstract:
The ventilation and air conditioning systems in the subway stations need to consume huge amount of electricity to maintain a comfortable internal environment, and how to reduce their energy consumption has become a critical issue. This paper proposes an automatic optimization control strategy for variable-speed water-cooled direct cooling air conditioning units by optimizing the frequency of the variable-speed compressor and fan, and maximizes the energy efficiency ratio (EER) of the units under the premise of meeting different load demand and air supply temperature range, so that the units operate at the lowest power consumption. The simulation results show that compared with the control strategy of fixed supply air temperature, the EER of the air conditioning unit can be improved by 6.9% after adopting the automatic optimization control strategy.
