基于能源管理的空调系统信息采集指标体系构建

摘要:

基于当前我国能耗信息统计制度中采集指标重宏观轻微观不利于能源管理的问题,分析了我国当前建筑行业能源统计制度的目的和能源管理的需求,提出了构建适用于建筑能源运行管理要求的指标体系的必要性。基于对空调系统能耗的结构性分析,剖析了空调负荷和空调系统设备能耗的影响因素,对其进行提炼和分类分级后,得到了基于能源管理需求的三级空调系统信息采集指标体系,并依据指标的获取途径,将指标分别纳入统计、审计和监测系统。最后,研究分析了所建立的指标体系分别在设计、运行和节能改造3个阶段中,以能源管理为目的时的作用。

Abstract:

Based on the problems of “macroscopic but not microscopic” and “not conducive to energy management” in the current energy consumption information statistics system, this paper analyses the purpose of the current energy statistics system in China’s construction industry and the needs of energy management, and proposes the necessity of constructing an index system applicable to building energy operation and management requirements. Based on the structural analysis of the energy consumption of the air conditioning system, the influencing factors of the air conditioning load and the energy consumption of the air conditioning system equipment are analysed. After refining and classifying them, a three-level air conditioning system information collection index system based on energy management needs is obtained. According to the way of obtaining the indexes, the indexes are incorporated into the statistical, auditing and monitoring systems. Finally, this paper analyses the function of the established index system in the three stages of design, operation and energy-saving transformation for the purpose of energy management.
