基于PIPE-FLO的低能耗冷水系统设计方法研究

摘要:
针对空调冷水系统,提出了一种基于流体输配管网仿真模拟软件PIPE-FLO的参数化设计方法。结合设备的流量-阻力特性搭建了系统管网仿真模型,在保证水力平衡的基础上,对冷水系统供回水温差、设备阻力和管径等设计参数进行了动态调整,实现了水泵优化选型及水系统输配能耗降低的目的。工程实例分析表明参数化设计方法具有较好的技术经济性。
Abstract:
For the air conditioning chilled water system, a parametric design method based on the simulation software PIPE-FLO of fluid transmission and distribution pipeline network is proposed. Combined with the flow-resistance characteristics of the equipment, the simulation model of the system pipe network is built, and the design parameters such as the temperature difference of the supply and return water, the equipment resistance and pipe diameter of the chilled water system are dynamically adjusted on the basis of ensuring the hydraulic balance, so as to realize the purpose of optimal selection of water pump and reduction of energy consumption of water system transmission and distribution. The analysis of engineering examples shows that the parametric design method has good technical and economic performance.
