对GB 40879—2021《数据中心能效限定值及能效等级》国家标准进行了解析，包括数据中心能效评价模型的思路确定、适用范围，能效评价模型及能效等级指标划分，评价模型中耗电量的测量边界、试验方法和判定等内容，为相关人员正确理解标准条款和能效标识相关工作提供技术指导。

Abstract：
This paper analyses the national standard GB 40879-2021 Maximum allowable values of energy efficiency and energy efficiency grades for data centers，including the idea determination and application scope of data center energy efficiency evaluation model, energy efficiency evaluation model and energy efficiency grade index division, measurement boundary, test method and judgment of power consumption in the evaluation model, etc., which provides the technical guidance for related personnel to correctly understand standard terms and energy efficiency labeling.
