上海地区星级饭店建筑能耗对标影响因素分析

Analysis on energy consumption benchmarking influencing factors of star-rated hotels in Shanghai

摘要:

 “十三五”期间随着节能减排工作的有力推进,上海市DB31/T 551—2011《星级饭店建筑合理用能指南》中的能耗对标值及影响因素存在提升完善空间。本文归纳总结得出影响能耗对标的主要因素有入住率、客房套数密度、洗衣量及餐饮就餐人次。通过大样本数据分析得出:不同星级饭店入住率每上升1个百分点,单位建筑面积能耗增加0.2%~0.4%;客房套数密度每增加1套/1 000 m2,单位建筑面积能耗增加1.7~3.4 kg/(m2·a);建议对洗衣量和餐饮就餐人次设置修正门槛,分别为单位建筑面积洗衣量10.0 kg/m2、单位建筑面积年就餐人次6.0人次/m2,超过修正门槛时根据实际情况进行扣减。

Abstract:

During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, the energy conservation and emission reduction have been vigorously promoted, there is room to improve the energy consumption benchmarking value and influencing factors in Shanghai local standard DB31/T 551-2011 Rational use of building energy guide for star-rated hotels. The main factors affecting the energy consumption benchmarking are occupancy rate, density of guestroom, laundry amount intensity and dinning amount intensity. Through the analysis of large sample data, it is concluded that the energy consumption per unit floor area increases by 0.2% to 0.4% for every one percentage point increase in the occupancy rate of different star-rated hotels, and the energy consumption per unit floor area increases by 1.7 kg/(m2·a) to 3.4 kg/(m2·a) for every 1 set per 1 000 m2 increase in the density of guestrooms. It is suggested to set correction thresholds for laundry amount intensity and dinning amount intensity, which are 10.0 kg/m2 for the laundry amount intensity and 6.0 persons/m2 for the annual dinning amount intensity respectively, and deductions should be made according to the actual situation when the correction threshold is exceeded.
