汽轮发电机组高位布置主厂房通风方案设计及测试研究

摘要:
介绍了某汽轮发电机组高位布置主厂房的分区域通风方案设计理念,并对汽机房区域通风方案进行了详细分析和计算。工程建成实施后的现场测试结果表明,汽轮发电机组高位布置的汽机房采用蒸发冷却机组机械进风、屋顶通风器自然排风的通风方案可以满足通风要求。为寒冷干燥地区的汽轮发电机组高位布置主厂房的通风优化设计提供参考。
Abstract:
This paper presents the design concept of regional ventilation scheme for a main workshop with high position arrangement of the turbo-generator unit, and analyses and calculates the regional ventilation scheme for the turbo-generator room in detail. The field test results after the completion of the project show that the ventilation scheme of using evaporative cooling units for mechanical air intake and roof ventilators for natural air exhaust can meet the ventilation requirements for the turbo-generator room with high position arrangement of the turbo-generator unit. This paper provides a reference for the ventilation optimization design of the main workshop with high position arrangement of the turbo-generator unit in cold and dry areas.
