结合三维建模的某装配式项目暖通空调设计

摘要:

介绍了某装配式项目的空调系统、通风系统及防排烟系统设计。重点讨论了中小型报告厅的空调座椅送风系统设计,以及座椅送风柱预埋件装配化生产及施工流程;同时着重介绍了空调地板送风系统土建风腔的设置方案,以及空调地板送风口配合展陈柜的布置方式。最后,给出了该项目的三维设计流程并展示了成果,分析了装配式项目中三维模型设计的必要性。

Abstract:

This paper presents the design of the air conditioning system, ventilation system and smoke control and exhaust system for a prefabricated building. The author discusses the design process of the air supply system for air conditioning and the assembly production and construction process of the seat air supply column embedded parts for the small and medium-sized lecture halls, and presents the setting scheme of civil air cavity of the floor air supply system of air conditioning and the arrangement of the floor air supply outlet of air conditioning with display cabinet emphatically. Finally, this paper gives the three-dimensional design process of the project, displays the results and analyses the necessity of three-dimensional modeling design in prefabricated projects.
