上海某大学实验室改造项目暖通空调系统设计

摘要:

实验室既是风险环境,又是科研人员重要的工作场所,其内部污染物的浓度控制对实验室科研人员的安全至关重要。暴露控制设备(ECD)和暖通空调系统作为实验室污染物控制的核心手段,发挥着举足轻重的作用。以上海某大学实验室改造项目为例,从同时使用率、变风量控制、气流组织、二次夹带污染、换气次数、典型实验室设计等方面对实验室改造项目暖通空调系统设计进行了介绍。

Abstract:

Laboratories are both critical environments and important workplaces for researchers. The concentration control of internal pollutants is very important to the safety of laboratory researcher. The exposure control device (ECD) and HVAC system play a decisive role as the key methods of laboratory pollutant control. Taking a university laboratory renovation project as an example,this paper presents the HVAC system design for the laboratory renovation project from the aspects of diversity factor, VAV control, air distribution, re-entrainment pollution, air change rate, typical laboratory design and so on.
