介绍了该馆的通风、空调、防排烟系统的设计及通风空调系统的设计参数和系统形式，总结了在设计阶段、施工阶段及测试阶段的经验体会，重点介绍了特殊的屋面膜结构建筑形式下通风排烟系统的设计和处理措施。

Abstract：
Presents ventilation and air conditioning, smoke control and extraction system design in the project, and derives design parameters and system modes of HVAC. Summarizes some experiences in the design, construction and trial operation stages, and emphasizes the technical measures in ventilation and smoke extraction for a doublelayer structure covered by a layer of white PVC.
