区域型三级泵直供系统设计关键问题探讨(2):三级泵运行工况与调控方式

摘要:
非解耦式区域型三级泵直供系统的三级泵在运行中受输配管网资用压头变化与末端扬程需求变化的叠加影响。对此类泵组在扬程-流量图上建立了泵组可及运行范围与实际工况需求范围,并对2个范围的匹配度进行了研究。根据算例分析,提出了4类运行范围区,进而给出了部分工况下的调控方式,并结合水泵运行高效区,提出了基于泵组效率的优化运行控制策略。
Abstract:
The tertiary pump of the non-decoupled regional primary-secondary-tertiary pumping system bears the superimposed influence of the head change of regional distribution system and user-side distribution system during operation. Establishes the accessible range of pump’s curve and the demand range of operating condition on the head-flow chart for the tertiary pump, and studies their matching degree. According to the example analysis, puts forward four types of operating areas, and presents the control methods under some conditions. Based on the high efficiency area of pump operation, proposes an optimized operation control strategy.
