空调冷水系统最小能耗粒子群组合优化方法研究
Particle swarm optimization method for minimum energy consumption of air conditioning chilled water systems
摘要:
针对“先并后串”的一级泵变流量系统,基于粒子群算法,提出了冷水分布式全局优化方法,该方法对冷水机组的部分负荷率、蒸发温度和水泵转速比进行了优化,同时可以得到并联冷水机组和并联水泵的启停组合,并且能够满足分布式的计算要求。通过一个典型制冷站冷水系统案例的仿真测试,验证了该算法的有效性和节能效果。

Abstract:
Aiming at the variable flow system of primary pumps with “parallel first and then series”, proposes a distributed optimization method of chilled water based on particle swarm optimization algorithm, which optimizes the partial load rate, evaporating temperature and pump speed ratio of chillers, and obtains an on-off combination of parallel water chillers and parallel pumps, meeting the requirements of distributed calculation. Verifies the effectiveness and energy-saving effect of the algorithm by a simulation test of a chilled water system in a typical refrigeration station.
