Operation optimization of precision air conditioners for a data center computer room

该项目采用封闭式列间水冷式末端精密空调,运营初期机架负载率较低,末端空调厂家运行参数设置不当,夏季运行时导致机房冷通道湿度超高报警频繁,严重影响IT设备运行安全,并且造成一定能源浪费。通过测定不同空调送回风参数和恒湿机运行参数下封闭式冷通道的温湿度和空调运行功率,同时兼顾安全与节能双重标准,对列间空调运行参数进行了选择。将测试结果应用于整栋机楼后,机房热湿环境优化和节能效果明显。
Abstract:
The project adopts closed inter-row water-cooled terminal precision air conditioners. In the initial operation stage, the load rate is low, and the terminal air conditioner manufacturer’s operating parameters are improperly set. The excessive high cold aisle humidity in the computer room and much alarms in summer seriously affect the safety of IT equipment, and cause certain energy waste. By measuring the temperature and humidity of the closed cold aisle and the operating power of the air conditioner under different operating parameters of air conditioners and the constant humidity machine, while taking into account safety and energy saving, selects the operating parameters of the inter-row air conditioner. By applying the test results to the entire computer building, obtains the optimal hot and humid environment of the computer room and the obvious energy saving effect.
