某焊接实训车间可吸入颗粒物实测及职业健康防护措施研究*
Inhalable particles measurement and occupational health protection measures in a welding training workshop
摘要:
焊接实训车间普遍存在空气质量恶劣、焊工职业健康防护措施不健全等问题。实测了西安市某焊接实训车间内可吸入颗粒物的浓度。结果表明,该车间颗粒物质量浓度高达999 μg/m3,远高于GB 3095—2012《环境空气质量标准》对PM2.5(75 μg/m3)、PM10(150 μg/m3)的平均质量浓度限值,焊工长期暴露在高浓度可吸入颗粒物环境下。选用电动口罩作为焊工健康防护措施,测试结果表明颗粒物阻隔效率最高约为97%,有效地解决了焊工呼吸区域空气质量差的问题。
Abstract:
There are many problems in welding training workshops, such as poor air quality and unsound occupational health protection measures. Measures the inhalable particles concentration in a welding training workshop in Xian. The results show that the concentration is as high as 999 μg/m3, which is far higher than the average concentration limits of PM2.5 (75 μg/m3) and PM10 (150 μg/m3) specified in GB 3095-2012 Ambient air quality standard, leading the welders to expose at high concentration of inhalable particles for a long time. Selects electric mask as one of health protection measures of the welders, and the test results show that the highest particle blocking efficiency is about 97%, which effectively solves the problem of poor air quality in the welders breathing area.
