能源桩技术的研究与工程应用进展综述

摘要:

能源桩技术是对钻孔埋管换热器技术的一种创新发展,具有节省占地面积、节约成本、提高施工效率等优势。深入理解和掌握能源桩传热特性和热力耦合规律,有利于在保证工程结构安全性的基础上,充分发挥能源桩技术的节能高效优势。综述了奥地利、瑞士、英国、美国、日本、韩国等国家对能源桩技术的研究和工程应用进展,包括能源桩的传热性能、热力耦合研究规律和典型应用案例,分析了目前存在的问题和面临的挑战,提出了下一步重点研究和发展方向。

Abstract:

The energy pile technology is an innovative development of the borehole buried pipe heat exchanger technology, which has the advantages of saving floor area, reducing cost and improving construction efficiency. In order to make full use of the energy saving and high efficiency advantages of energy pile technology on the basis of structural safety, it is necessary to deeply understand and master the heat transfer characteristics and thermo-mechanical coupling laws of energy piles. Summarizes the research and engineering application progress of energy pile technology in Austria, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States, Japan, South Korea and other countries, including the heat transfer performance of energy piles, the law of thermo-mechanical coupling and typical application cases, analyses the existing problems and challenges, and puts forward the key research and development direction in the future.
