大型焊接车间通风方式模拟对比与实测验证
Simulation comparison and test verification of ventilation methods in large-scale welding workshops

以某大型焊接车间为例,通过数值模拟方法,分析了焊接烟尘在大空间的扩散机理,发现车间上空存在烟尘滞留区。提出了3种通风方式,通过对比分析,得出最佳通风方式为置换送风口+诱导射流风机+机械排风机,并进行了现场实测验证,结果显示此通风方式能满足工程需要与规范要求。

Abstract:
Taking a large-scale welding workshop as an example, analyses the diffusion mechanism of welding fume in large-scale space by numerical simulation, and finds the existence of fume retention area above the workshop. Proposes three ventilation methods. Through comparation and analysis, concludes that the optimized ventilation mode is displacement air inlet plus induced jet fan and mechanical exhaust fan. The results of field measurement show that the ventilation method can meet the engineering needs and the code specifications.
