逆流露点间接蒸发冷却器实验研究*
Experimental study of counter-flow dew point indirect evaporative coolers
摘要:
搭建了逆流露点间接蒸发冷却器测试实验系统,测试了不同环境工况(温度和相对湿度)、进气速度及冷却水温度条件下该冷却器的出风温度。结果表明:在研究范围内,出风温度随环境(进气)温度、相对湿度、进气速度和冷却水温度的升高而升高;由于进气能量损失、布液不均匀和芯体加工精度等因素,实验出风温度与湿球温度差值较大。
Abstract:
Establishes an experimental system of counter-flow dew point indirect evaporative coolers. Tests the outlet air temperature of the cooler at different environmental conditions (temperature and relative humidity), inlet air velocities and cooling water temperatures. The results show that the outlet temperature increases with the increase of environment temperature, relative humidity, inlet air velocity and cooling water temperature. The difference between outlet air temperature and wet-bulb temperature is high due to the factors of inlet energy loss, uneven liquid distribution and core processing accuracy.
