一种大尺寸三维空间微风速流场测量方法

摘要:

封闭三维空间的流场分布对通风系统设计至关重要。针对某特殊设备内大尺寸三维空间的微风速流场,给出了基于接触式的测量方案,设计了一种三维移动测量平台及其软件系统。该平台搭载风速传感器阵列,能自动运动至预先设定的网格点进行风速测量,进而得到三维空间的风速流场分布。采用k均值-RBF网络对低风速传感器进行了标定,与最小二乘法相比,该方案测量精度更高,保证了风速测量的可靠性。实验结果表明该测量方案和系统可行、有效,且成本较低。

Abstract:

The distribution of flow field in closed three-dimensional space is very important to the design of ventilation system. Aiming at the measurement of low wind speed flow field in large-scale three-dimensional space of a special equipment, proposes a contact measurement scheme, and designs a three-dimensional mobile measurement platform and its software system. The platform is equipped with wind speed sensor array, which can automatically move to the preset grid point for wind speed measurement, and then obtain the wind speed flow field distribution in three-dimensional space. Calibrates the low wind speed sensor with the k-means RBF network. Compared with the least square method, the scheme features high accuracy and reliability. The results show that the measurement scheme and system are feasible, effective and low cost.
