数据中心多台开式冷却系统并联运行对策分析

摘要:

介绍了数据中心水冷系统中多台(3台及以上)开式冷却塔系统并联运行时易出现的问题:冷却塔溢水或吸空;模式切换时导致冷水短时温升;不易进行冷却水系统化学清洗及镀膜。针对这些问题,提出了开式冷却系统最大环路不多于2套,且环路系统可分割为单系统运行的建议。

Abstract:

Presents the common problems during the parallel operation of multiple (three or more) open cooling towers in the water cooling system of the data center, such as the cooling tower overflow or suction, the short-term temperature rise of chilled water caused by mode switching, and it is not easy to carry out chemical cleaning and coating of cooling water system. In order to solve these problems, proposes that the maximum loop of the open cooling system is no more than 2 sets, and the loop system can be divided into a single system.
