应用于蓄冷水箱的某种布水器动态性能研究

摘要:
针对某种应用于蓄冷水箱的布水器进行了数值模拟研究,定义了布水器扰流度指标,利用Fluent软件模拟了0.50,0.67,1.00,2.00 mm/s断面平均流速下布水器的性能,根据模拟计算结果对布水器进行了优化。优化后的布水器在蓄冷及释冷过程中,扰流度分别最大减小29.09%和20.26%,斜温层体积分别最大减小28.23%和33.33%。根据优化后的布水器搭建了实验台进行实验,结果显示,水箱温度分布与模拟数据相似,在蓄冷及释冷过程中最大偏差分别为11.75%和7.36%,表明了数值模拟结果的准确性,证明了布水器优化的有效性。
Abstract:
Numerically simulates a kind of diffuser used in cool storage tanks. Defines a turbulence degree index of diffuser. Simulates the performance of diffuser at the average section flow rates of 0.50, 0.67, 1.00, 2.00 mm/s by Fluent software, respectively. Optimizes the diffuser according to the simulation results. In the process of cool storage and release, the turbulence degree of the optimized diffuser is reduced by 29.09% and 20.26%, respectively, and the volume of the oblique temperature layer is reduced by 28.23% and 33.33%, respectively. According to the optimized diffuser, sets up an experimental platform and performs the experiments. The results show that the temperature distribution of the water tank is similar to the simulated data, and the maximum deviation in the process of cool storage and release is 11.75% and 7.36%, respectively, indicating the accuracy of the numerical simulation results and the effectiveness of the diffuser optimization.
