冷水相变能热泵系统及其传热性能
Cold water phase change energy heat pump system and its heat transfer performance
摘要:
介绍了冷水相变能热泵和相变换热器的工作原理,分析了相变换热器的冷水流量、中介水流量及冰层厚度对换热器传热系数的影响。在多种特定工况下进行了实验研究,得到了相变换热器传热系数的波动范围为0.52~0.63 kW/(m2·℃),以此可确定换热器两侧水流量和冰层厚度的最佳运行工况。为保证相变换热器正常换热,冰层厚度应控制在8.5 mm以内,传热系数不低于0.52 kW/(m2·℃),冷水流量和中介水流量分别控制在50 t/h和30 t/h。
Abstract:
Presents the working principles of cold water phase change energy heat pumps and phase change heat exchangers. Analyses the effects of cold water flow, intermediate water flow and ice thickness on the heat transfer coefficient of phase change heat exchangers. Carries out experimental studies under a variety of specific operating conditions, and obtains that the fluctuation range of heat transfer coefficient of phase change heat exchangers is 0.52-0.63 kW/(m2·℃), which can be used to determine the optimal operating conditions of water flow on both sides of the heat exchanger and ice thickness. In order to ensure the normal heat transfer of the phase change heat exchanger, the ice thickness should be kept within 8.5 mm, the heat transfer coefficient is not lower than 0.52 kW/(m2·℃), and cold water flow and intermediate water flow should be controlled at 50 t/h and 30 t/h, respectively.
