基于熔盐蓄热的亚临界火电机组工业供热调峰技术
Peak regulation technology for industrial heating of subcritical thermal power units based on molten salt heat storage
摘要:
为了提高燃煤发电机组工业供热的调峰能力,提出了基于熔盐蓄热的调峰新方案。设计了一套基于亚临界火电机组工业供热调峰的熔盐蓄热系统,利用再热蒸汽加热熔盐蓄热,在供热不足时通过熔盐加热除氧水产生工业蒸汽。热力分析表明,熔盐蓄放热系统可与火电机组热力系统的参数匹配,实现火电机组热电解耦。
Abstract:
In order to improve the peak regulation capacity of coal-fired generating units for industrial heating, proposes a new peak regulation scheme based on molten salt heat storage. Designs a molten salt heat storage system based on industrial heating and peak regulation of subcritical thermal power unit, using reheated steam to heat molten salt for heat storage and generating industrial steam by heating deaerated water with molten salt when heat supply is insufficient. The thermodynamic analysis shows that the molten salt heat storage and release system can match the parameters of thermal system of thermal power unit, and realize thermoelectric decoupling of thermal power unit.
