摘要：
通过对多个冷却水系统运行性能的测试和数据分析，从系统外因、内因及内外协同三方面入手，提出了冷却水系统运行调适方法。通过详细分析冷却塔、冷却水泵和冷却侧板式换热器的运行性能影响因素及运行调控策略，给出了调适优化建议，为冷却水系统运行节能提供了方向。

Abstract：
Based on field test results and analysis, puts forward a commissioning method covering the external factors, internal factors and synergistic relationship of cooling water systems. Analyses the influencing factors of operation performances and operation adjustment scheme for the cooling water system including cooling towers, cooling water pumps and heat exchangers. Presents the commissioning suggestion, and figures out the energy saving directions.
