地下和地上民用建筑室内环境设计标准的比较分析

摘要:

针对地下民用建筑独特的室内环境状况,对比分析了中国地下和地上民用建筑的室内环境设计标准。结果表明:地下民用建筑的室内环境设计标准相比地上民用建筑尚不完善,围护结构内表面与室内空气的温差限值未作出规定,并且关于地下民用建筑的热工设计分区也有待建立完善;2类环境设计标准之间存在着相似性和差异性,相似之处为室内最小设计新风量和室内允许噪声级,差异之处在于室内设计舒适温度、风速、相对湿度和室内照度设计值。

Abstract:

Compares the indoor environmental design standards for underground and aboveground civil buildings due to the characteristic indoor environment conditions of underground civil buildings. The results show that the indoor environmental design standards of underground civil buildings need to be further improved. There are currently no regulations on temperature difference limits between inside surfaces of underground building envelopes and indoor air. Climatic zones also should be developed for underground civil buildings. Similarities and differences exist between underground and aboveground building environmental design standards. Minimum outdoor air rate and maximum indoor noise level are similar, while the design values of indoor air temperature, air velocity, relative humidity and illuminance are different.
