区域供冷供热系统可再生能源利用率计算方法探讨
Discussion on calculation methods of renewable energy utilization rate in district cooling and heating systems

区域供冷供热系统通过与可再生能源的综合、协同应用,可有效降低区域内的能源消耗与污染物排放。区域供冷供热工程中常以可再生能源利用率为控制或评价指标,但目前可再生能源利用率的具体算法尚不明确。分析了目前评价可再生能源利用水平的2类计算方法——热量折算法和折算法,并对其计算边界、计算公式进行了明确界定与定量描述。给出了可再生能源利用率的推荐计算方法,该方法规避了区域供冷供热系统中能源品位与属性的差异。以某江水源热泵项目为例进行了计算说明。
Abstract:
The district cooling and heating system can effectively reduce energy consumption and pollutant emissions in the region through comprehensive and synergistic application of renewable energy. The renewable energy utilization rate is often used as the control or evaluation index in district cooling and heating projects, but the specific algorithm of renewable energy utilization rate is not clear yet. Analyses current two kinds of calculation methods for evaluating the utilization level of renewable energy in energy systems—heat conversion method and exergy conversion method, then clearly defines and quantitatively describes the calculation boundaries and formulas. Recommends the calculation method of renewable energy utilization rate, which avoids the difference of energy grade and attribute in the district cooling and heating system. Gives a calculation example of a river-water-source heat pump project.
