Winter heating system commissioning for a commercial complex in cold zone
摘要：
以我国寒冷地区某商业综合体为例，介绍了该项目持续3个供暖季的运行调适工作。从无组织通风有效封堵、有组织通风合理控制及供暖系统高效运行3个角度入手，提出了提升室内环境品质、降低冬季供暖能耗的关键技术和管理手段。该案例调适经验可为同类项目冬季供暖提供参考。

Abstract：
Taking a commercial complex in cold zone of China as an example, presents the operation and commissioning of the project for three heating seasons. Starting from three aspects of effective blockage of unorganized ventilation, rational control of organized ventilation and efficient operation of heating system, puts forward the key technologies and management measures to improve indoor environment quality and reduce heating energy consumption in winter. The experience of commissioning case provides references for winter heating of similar projects.
