方形吸顶散流器射流边界特性实验研究

Experimental study on jet boundary characteristics of square ceiling diffusers

摘要:

通过对4种不同尺寸的方形吸顶散流器在喉部风速为2~5 m/s时的多工况等温实验,研究了方形散流器射流扩散宽度、下降距、射程等射流特征参数,通过绘制射流包络面,分析了射流边界变化特点。结果表明:方型吸顶散流器4个面的送风射流呈现3个阶段的特征;整个送风射程达3~12 m,可在顶棚形成良好的扁平射流,贴附射流最大下降距离为0.87 m;射流回流对室内温度均匀分布、营造良好的热舒适环境有一定的作用。利用实验数据,获得了单股射流扩散宽度与射程的多元回归公式。

Abstract:

Through the multi-case isothermal experiments of four different sizes of square ceiling diffusers at the throat wind speed of 2 to 5 m/s, studies the jet flow characteristic parameters such as jet diffusion width, descent distance and throw of the square diffuser. Analyses the variation characteristics of jet boundary by drawing the envelope of the jet. The results show that the air supply jet of the four sides of the square ceiling diffuser has the three-stage characteristics. The whole air supply range is 3 to 12 m, which can form a good flat jet in the ceiling, the maximum drop distance of the attached jet is 0.87 m. The return flow of jet has a certain effect on the uniform distribution of indoor temperature and the good indoor thermal comfort environment. Based on the experimental data, obtains the multiple regression formula of the diffusion width and range of a single jet.
