Compilation points of Detection and evaluation standard for nearly zero energy building
摘要：
在理论研究与工程调研的基础上，该标准提出近零能耗建筑在室内环境、围护结构、新风设备及可再生能源4个方面共计17个项目的检测方法，并给出相应的判定依据。同时，建立了近零能耗建筑在设计、施工、运行阶段的全过程评价体系。

Abstract：
On the basis of theoretical and engineering research, puts forward detection methods and corresponding judgment indexes on seventeen items in four aspects of indoor environment, envelope, outdoor air equipment and renewable energy in the standard. Meanwhile, establishes a whole process evaluation system of nearly zero energy building in design, construction and operation.
