某医院大型地源热泵系统的设计优化与运行效果验证*
Design optimization and operation effect verification of large-scale ground-source heat pump system for a hospital
摘要:
以某医院大型地源热泵系统为研究对象,介绍了方案分析及能源系统设计,包括:负荷预测、地埋管设计、容量配置优化、工艺流程、自控系统等内容。对系统的夏季和冬季运行工况进行了实测,并对测试结果进行了分析。采用模拟软件对系统的运行情况进行了动态仿真,并与实测数据进行对比,以验证运行效果。结果表明,该地源热泵系统能效高,达到了设计预期效果。指出了该系统运行过程中存在的一些问题。
Abstract:
Taking a large-scale ground-source heat pump system of a hospital as the research object, presents the scheme analysis and energy system design, including load forecasting, design of ground heat exchanger, capacity configuration optimization, technical process and automatic control system. Tests the operation data in summer and winter conditions, and analyses the measured results. Performs the dynamic simulation of system operation by software, and compares the simulation results with test results to verify the operation effect. The results show that the ground-source heat pump system has high energy efficiency and achieves the expected design effect. Presents some problems of system operation.
