Abstract：
Technical specification for district cooling and heating system is the first domestic technical standard for district cooling and heating system applications. Presents the background, compilation process, main content and key provisions of the standard, and proposes a detailed explanation on innovative contents, such as district cooling and heating system load forecasting, system economic benefit evaluation, system capacity configuration, multi-energy source system design, methods and indexes of optimal operation. It is expected that through the compilation and implementation of the standard, the application and development of district cooling and heating technology can be better regulated, guided and promoted.
