基于火积损失的数据机房热环境优化研究

摘要:

针对现有数据机房热环境评价指标不足,将热学原理火积损失方法应用于机房热环境评价。以某典型数据中心机房为例,建立了风管上送风、地板下送风和机柜前送风后回风3种气流组织模型,将热学原理火积损失评价结果与数值模拟结果进行了对比,验证了该方法的合理性。以地板下送风为例,运用火积损失方法,评估了封闭冷/热通道优化方式对数据机房热环境的影响程度。与其他指标评价方法相比,火积损失评价方法不仅可以有效评价数据机房气流组织形式,还可以量化系统传热过程中冷热气流掺混造成的热损失,可以更加全面地评价机房热环境。

Abstract:

In view of the deficiency of the existing evaluation indexes, applies the entransy loss method based on thermodynamics principle to the evaluation of thermal environment in data rooms. Taking a typical data center room as an example, establishes three types of air distribution models, which are upper air supply by air duct, underfloor air distribution and front air supply and air  return at back of cabinets. By comparing the evaluation results of entransy loss method based on thermal principle with the simulation results, verifies the rationality of the method. Taking the underfloor air distribution as an example, evaluates the impact of the closed cold/hot channel optimization method on the thermal environment of the data rooms using the entransy loss method. Compared with the evaluation indexes, the entransy loss can not only effectively evaluate the air distribution mode of the data rooms, but also quantify the heat loss caused by the mixing of hot and cold air in the heat transfer process of the system, which can evaluate the thermal environment of the data rooms more comprehensively.
