办公建筑个体舒适装置使用行为研究*
Usage pattern of personal comfort system in office buildings

通过受试者实验对办公环境中人员使用个体舒适装置的热舒适状态及使用行为规律进行了分析,用条件概率模型对使用行为进行了描述。对上海某办公建筑中的人员位移进行了现场实测,获得了人员移动规律。应用得到的使用行为模型和位移模型对该办公建筑进行了建筑环境模拟,分析了个体舒适装置的节能潜力。结果表明,使用个体舒适装置可以使夏季空调设定温度提高2.0 ℃,冬季降低2.5 ℃,使空调供暖供冷能耗降低25%~40%。
Abstract:
Analyses occupants’ thermal comfort and the usage pattern of personal comfort system (PCS) in the office environment by subject experiments. Describes the PCS usage pattern by the conditional probability model. Obtains the occupant movement behavior from a field measurement in an office building in Shanghai. Uses the usage model and the movement model to simulate the building environment of the office building, and analyses the energy saving potential of PCS. The results show that the use of PCS can increase the air conditioning set temperature by 2.0 ℃ in summer and reduce by 2.5 ℃ in winter, which reduces the energy consumption of air conditioning cooling and heating by 25% to 40%.
