直接接触式烟气冷凝余热回收装置性能实验研究*

摘要:

提出一种直接接触式烟气冷凝余热回收装置,该装置将低温喷淋水溶液与高温烟气进行逆流换热,回收燃气锅炉烟气的冷凝余热。以燃气壁挂炉作为烟气发生源搭建了实验台,研究了喷淋水温度、液气比、喷淋高度对该装置余热回收性能的影响。结果显示:当喷淋水温度为20 ℃、液气比为13、喷淋高度为1.26 m时,该装置能将排烟温度从102 ℃降至33 ℃,余热回收效率可达14%。

Abstract:

Proposes a direct contact flue gas condensing waste heat recovery device, which carries out countercurrent heat transfer between low-temperature spray aqueous solution and high-temperature flue gas to recover condensing waste heat from the flue gas of gas-fired boiler. Sets up an experimental bench using a wall-mounted gas-fired boiler as a flue gas source. Studies the influences of spray water temperature, liquid-gas ratio and spray height on the waste heat recovery performance of the device. The results show that when the spray water temperature is 20 ℃, the liquid-gas ratio is 13, and the spray height is 1.26 m, the device can decrease the smoke exhaust temperature from 102 ℃ to 33 ℃, with the waste heat recovery efficiency up to 14%.
