大花山方舱医院A馆病房区环境模拟研究*
Indoor environment simulation of polluted area in hall A of Dahuashan cabin hospital
摘要:
对武汉大花山方舱医院A馆1层病房区的室内环境进行了数值模拟,分析了病房区内温度场与流场状况。结果表明:病房区环境基本满足患者的热舒适需求,但存在热分层现象,竖直温差达6.5 ℃;患者生活区风速符合规范要求,但整体通风效果较差,靠近门位置风速过大,中部区域呼吸区高度处存在通风死角。由于热分层及通风不畅,患者呼出的污染物及病毒飞沫易堆积,增大了患者间交叉感染的概率和医务人员的工作风险。
Abstract:
Carries out a numerical simulation on the indoor environment of the polluted area in hall A of Wuhan Dahuashan cabin hospital. Analyses the temperature field and flow field of the polluted area. The results show that the environment of the polluted area basically meets the thermal comfort needs of patients, but the thermal stratification is still exist with the vertical temperature difference up to 6.5 ℃. The wind speed in the living area of patients conforms to the requirements of the standards, but the overall ventilation effect is poor, with high wind speed near the door, and a blind area at the height of the breathing area in the central region. Due to thermal stratification and poor ventilation, pollutants and viral droplets exhaled by patients are easy to accumulate, which increases the probability of cross-infection among patients and the work risk of medical staff.
