新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情发展成为突发性公共卫生事件，从隔离传染源、阻断传播途径、保护易感人群3个方面提出了建筑设施方面的防控措施。认为防控对策要合适、合理、合规，做到既科学、精准，又不能过度防范。随着疫情的发展，需要动态评估疫情的防控成效，及时调整防控策略，才能战胜疫情。
