Abstract：

From the perspective of a HVAC practitioner, makes a comprehensive reflection and thinking on the ecology and ecological civilization construction, national public health emergency management system construction, construction field development direction and technical route, deep research on healthy and comfortable HVAC system, construction mode, HVAC technical scheme selection, operation effectiveness detection and data collection of the Huoshenshan hospital, standardization design and professional engineer quality cultivation, etc. Puts forward some problems needing further deep research. The aim is to attract the attention of the industry peers and jointly improve the emergency management capacity of HVAC industry responding to major public health events.
