摘要：
针对暖通专业无法获取足够的建筑信息，从而造成设计过程中暖通设计人员数据输入工作量大、准确率低，设计效率低等现状，建立了基于BIM的暖通3D CAD模型,探讨了相关的实现技术。

Abstract：
Aiming at the current situation that for lack of enough available information from the architects and related disciplines the HVAC designers have to input lots of data by hand, resulting in low accuracy and efficiency, makes an HVAC 3D CAD model based on BIM, and discusses some related realization technology.
